WirasatCalc is a free, informational tool that estimates Islamic inheritance (Fara'id) shares based on the Hanafi (Sunni) methodology, for educational and planning purposes. It is provided "as is", without any account or payment required.
Nothing on this site constitutes a fatwa, legal advice, financial advice, or a professional opinion of any kind. Calculations are automated estimates based on common family scenarios; they do not account for every classical fiqh edge case, and are not applicable to Jafria (Shia) fiqh, which follows a different set of rules. You should independently verify any result with a qualified Islamic scholar (mufti) and, where relevant, a lawyer familiar with Pakistani succession law before making any financial or legal decision. We make reasonable efforts to keep the calculation logic accurate for the scenarios it covers, but we do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Property value conversions (e.g. Marla, Kanal, Acre, Murabba, Bigha to Rupees) are based on commonly-used approximate figures and may not reflect your specific region's official measurement standard.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WirasatCalc and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its calculation results — including but not limited to financial loss, family disputes, or legal costs.
You agree not to: (a) use automated means to scrape, overload, or disrupt the site; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the admin panel, database, or underlying code; (c) use the site for any unlawful purpose; or (d) misrepresent calculation results as an official fatwa or legal ruling when sharing them with others.
The site's design, calculation engine, and original written content are the property of WirasatCalc, except where explicitly noted (e.g. Quranic verses and hadith texts, which belong to their respective sources and traditions and are referenced here for educational purposes only).

ہم اپنے احاطہ کردہ حالات کے لیے حساب کے منطق کو درست رکھنے کی معقول کوشش کرتے ہیں، لیکن ہم اس بات کی ضمانت نہیں دیتے کہ سائٹ غلطی سے پاک، بلاتعطل، یا کسی خاص مقصد کے لیے موزوں ہوگی۔ جائیداد کی مالیت کی تبدیلیاں (مثلاً مرلہ، کنال، ایکڑ، مربع، بیگھہ سے روپے) عام طور پر استعمال ہونے والے تخمینی اعداد پر مبنی ہیں اور ہو سکتا ہے آپ کے مخصوص علاقے کے سرکاری پیمائشی معیار کی عکاسی نہ کریں۔
قانون کی اجازت کی حد تک، وراثت کیلک اور اس کے آپریٹرز اس سائٹ یا اس کے حسابی نتائج کے استعمال یا اس پر انحصار سے پیدا ہونے والے کسی بھی براہ راست، بالواسطہ، حادثاتی، یا نتیجہ خیز نقصان کے ذمہ دار نہیں ہوں گے — بشمول لیکن محدود نہیں مالی نقصان، خاندانی تنازعات، یا قانونی اخراجات۔
آپ اس بات پر رضامند ہوتے ہیں کہ: (الف) سائٹ کو سکریپ کرنے، اوورلوڈ کرنے، یا متاثر کرنے کے لیے خودکار ذرائع استعمال نہیں کریں گے؛ (ب) ایڈمن پینل، ڈیٹابیس، یا بنیادی کوڈ تک غیر مجاز رسائی حاصل کرنے کی کوشش نہیں کریں گے؛ (ج) سائٹ کو کسی غیر قانونی مقصد کے لیے استعمال نہیں کریں گے؛ یا (د) دوسروں کے ساتھ شیئر کرتے وقت حساب کے نتائج کو سرکاری فتویٰ یا قانونی فیصلے کے طور پر غلط طور پر پیش نہیں کریں گے۔
سائٹ کا ڈیزائن، حساب کا انجن، اور اصل تحریری مواد وراثت کیلک کی ملکیت ہیں، سوائے اس کے جہاں واضح طور پر بتایا گیا ہو (مثلاً قرآنی آیات اور احادیث کے متن، جو اپنے متعلقہ ماخذ اور روایات سے تعلق رکھتے ہیں اور یہاں صرف تعلیمی مقاصد کے لیے حوالہ دیے گئے ہیں)۔
